How many Pads/ Tampons do I get in my parcel each month?

You can fully customize your monthly parcel with up to 25 total items each month, includingany combination of tampons, pads, and panty liners. To start customizing your monthly tampon subscription, please visit our Subscribe Now page.

Which brands of feminine products do you carry?

When it comes to personal hygiene, we understand the importance of trust. We carry only the top name brands of tampons, pads, and liners that you have come to know and trust. For a complete list of the brands we carry, please check out our Hygiene Partners section on the Home page.

When will I receive my parcel?

Your package will arrive about a Friday before your period starts depending on the dates you entered during sign up. You can also login to “My Account “ and click on “My Subscription” to see when the next delivery date is.

What comes in each monthly box?

Each monthly parcel includes a total feminine products ranging from 15 to 20 (any combination of tampons, pads, and panty liners) and the premium chocolates and a fantastic hand-selected gifts vary from 3 to 8 each month depending upon your subscribed plan.

Can I skip a month of service?

Sure, not a problem. Simply login to your "My Account" section and select “My Subscription”. Then click on "Skip a month” and you are all set. You won't be charged for the month that you are skipping and the service will automatically begin again the following month. You will be able to skip not more than one month in an ongoing Subscription cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Well, we would not like to see you go, however, if you wish to do so you may so you will be able to cancel the subscription. There will be no refund processed there on.

What kind of free gifts are included each month?

Each month we hand-curate an amazing gift that we are sure is much better than that of Mother Nature’s :-) You never know what you are going to receive, but we are confident that you will be pleasantly surprised.

What kind of chocolate is included each month?

Who doesn’t need a little chocolate at that time of the month? Our premium gluten-free chocolates include a variety of deliciously decadent truffles with mouth watering flavors such as Mint Dark Chocolate, Espresso, Toffee, Dark Chocolate, and of course Milk Chocolate. If you have any food allergies, please be sure to read the label before enjoying. During the summer months please make sure you collect your package soon after arriving to keep the chocolate from melting. If it does melt, just place in the freezer for an hour or so and it will taste as good as new!

Can I change the customization of pads for my monthly parcel?

Well, you can customize your box for any subscription plan only once at the time of subscribing, to suit your flow.

How do I update the contents of my monthly shipment?

You can update what you receive each month at anytime by simply logging into your “My Account” section and clicking on “Edit” in the “Personal Information” section.” From there you can update any of the details of your subscription.

How do I update my shipping information?
